CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellation Policy At Iliana's Nail Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure quality service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations or Appointment Changes: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the booked service. 2. Late Arrivals: We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. We can wait up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time. After that, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will apply.
